21 Mutation.

When the drawing of attractor basins is complete for a given network, another may be generated with the same setting, but with a mutation to the network's rule, or to its rule scheme or wiring scheme, or a new random network may be set. If ``m`` is selected at the first ``output parameter'' prompt (#16.1), or if the output parameter prompts are viewed in sequence, the first mutation prompt is presented as described below.
