21.3 Special rule mutation.

If ``s``, for special rule mutation, is selected at the first mutation prompt (#21.1), various other rule mutation options are offered. A prompt similar to the following is presented,

bitflip from left: cumulative-1 single-0 (default 2) (not for a neighbourhood mix)
