13.15 Rule mix selection by hand.

If a rule mix is being set by hand, the ``selection method'' prompt above (#13.6) is repeated for each cell index (or limited rule-set index), with the following context dependent top right reminder, and options to jump to a new cell index or change the default rule selection method.
