Reaching - drawn to the light - wanting - shooting into the night - glowing

Getting ever deeper, closer to the core

HARVEST

I've drunk my fill, sunk my will, bored myself with talk
End the dreaming, time for seeing life as real as now

Synchronized in sharp focus, tuned with space and time
Led by instinct and emotion, ruled by heart and mind
 
Taking it all in

The path that leads you back is there all the time
No doors have been shut to keep you outside

Losing our sight of the goal,
we runaround in our worlds of our own.

THIS FAR FROM THE SKY

The works of wonder pass me unseen
So close in distance, yet so much lies between
Seeing with blurry, myopic eyes
Stuck in a limbo - so far from the sky

One-way devotion and a one track mind:
I am still yearning, though it clearly won't be mine
Too much confusion: All "How?" and "Why?"
I need you near me to guide me from this storm I'm passing through

A moonlit path runs deep in the dark
Guided by stars I follow with my heart
Rely on comfort, rely on time
Hope for direction and mercy 
from that far, erratic sky


IN FREEDOM

Amazed I looked up at the stars
And I wondered how many there are
And the other side seemed so irrelevant to me
Just like a dream or somewhere between

And the rollers crashed hard on the shore

The East held the promise of morning, 
and soon new worlds were born
